Logging in to Online Banking

Using the New Online Banking System

1. From the home page of our website, click the "LOGIN" button in the top right corner of the page.

On the login hub page, click "ONLINE BANKING LOGIN"

Enter your User ID and passcode. If you don't have these credentials yet, please contact our branch to have a User ID created for you. Once entered, click LOGIN.

The Remember Me option is useful for members who have multiple online banking accounts, each with a unique User ID. Turning this option on will prompt you to Save Login Profile by adding a name. On future logins, you will not have to enter your User ID, and will instead simply click on the Login Profile that you previously configured.

You may be asked to answer a Personal Verification Question. These questions were configured when you first set up your online banking and are asked during high-risk events to ensure account security. The answers that you configured are case sensitive, so make sure you enter them the same way each time.


Things to keep in mind:

  • Your user ID is not case sensitive! You can use uppercase or lowercase when filling this in.
  • Your passcode IS case sensitive. Make sure you enter it the same way each time, and use the "Show my password" icon to display the password in plain text if needed. Before showing your password, be sure you're in a private location so nobody else will be able to see your password!
