Getting familiar with the login page

User ID

Your User ID is a series of characters unique to you that must be provided to you by an OCCU employee. There is no maximum character limit, and the ID may contain any combination of numbers and letters.

If you don't have a User ID, please contact our branch to have one created.

Passcode

Your passcode is the second half of your login credentials. Passcodes must be at least 8 characters and can contain any combination of numbers, letters and special characters. Your passcode should be kept secure and never shared with anyone else. OCCU employees will never ask for your passcode.

You'll receive a temporary passcode from an OCCU employee at the same time that you receive your User ID. The temporary password will expire after 48 hours, and you'll be prompted to enter a new password during your first login.

The Show Passcode button will display your passcode in plain text, instead of circle icons. This can be helpful to ensure you entered your password correctly; however you should always be sure that your screen is private and cannot be seen by others before using this button.

Remember Me

This option will allow you to enter a Name for your login profile, and will attach your User ID to that Name. This may be useful for members who have separate Online Banking Accounts (with separate User IDs) for their various accounts, and allows them to switch quickly between the accounts.

For example, a member with a joint membership and a single membership may want to have one login saved with the profile Name "Joint" and the other saved with the profile Name "Single". When this member opens the login page, they will be prompted to choose one of their two saved accounts, and will only have to enter their passcode to complete the login process.

Your saved login profiles will be lost if your browser's cache is cleared.
